We collect the following personal information from our customers: full name, email address,
phone number, date of birth, emergency contact details, and relevant health or medical
information necessary for safe participation in martial arts training activities. We may
also collect payment information including billing address and payment method details for
processing class fees and memberships.

information to effectively provide services to you, (designated staff employed in the
school where your membership resides, and AXIS support staff based in Perth Australia,
and Cebu Philippines).

allow you to correct inaccurate Personal Information subject to certain exceptions

You consent to us using Axis Martial Arts and applying their privacy policy in the knowledge
that if your Personal Information is mishandled in that jurisdiction, we disclaim responsibility
and you will not have a remedy under Australian law.
